Parx: Race 1

- (6) My Man Woodie 10-1**

Last race here 16 days ago at same distance, on the lead, faltered to finish 5th. Today should be different, has much more speed than anyone here, and will get an easy lead. Needs to rate a bit better and should be able to hold on. Also. loves this track (7/12 WPS). Downside - hasn't hit the board at this distance in 4 tries.

Result: Won: $14.80 - $5.80 - $4.20

Santa Anita: Race 5

- (4) Shin Jidai 20-1*

Last race over 2 months ago here an even effort. Has 4 really good workouts over the last 31 days, and has a race at this distance, albeit, unsuccesful. This filly has early speed, and there's plenty of it in this race, but, more importantly, has the fastest closing fractions. Anticipating a speed duel up front which should be a nice setup...

Tampa Bay: Race 9

- (5) Art Handler 15-1*

Last race 34 days ago here on turf, finished 8th. However, went really fast 22.0 - 44.9. and was in the race until the top of the stretch. Today, cutting back to a mile where he has won once. Also, loves the turf (4/6 WPS) and had a nice 4F workout 12 days ago. With current form, speed, and conditioning, expecting this 4 year old gelding to be ready to go all the way.

Tampa Bay: Race 6

- (10) Pizzicato 15-1**

Last race at Tampa Bay 12 days ago, decent effort at 7F until the top of the stretch - then faltered to 10th. Has finished 3rd in 2 tries at this distance and has 4 races over this track. One of a few horses here capable of going sub 23.0, 46.0, Always Drama and perhaps Ms Excuse, being the others. Has gained conditioning from the last 2 races at 6F and 7F and should have enough stamina to finish the deal today with her speed. Downside, 5 first time starters...

Result: Finished 8th

Tampa Bay: Race 3

- (6) Venezuelan Faith 8-1***

Last race here 23 days ago at 6F, very fast start, 22.2 - 44.9, finished 5th, 11 lengths behind. Has 1 unsuccesful race at the distance and two at the track. Breezed 4F 10 days ago. Distance should not be an issue as his second race back was very decent going longer. Needs a clean break, should get a very easy lead as there is no other speed here, and should be able to go wire-to-wire and hold off the closing (7) Le Mistral...

Turfway: Race 4

- (1) Juicy Justice 6-1* - (4) Anna After Midnite 12-1

Anna After Midnite will probably be on the lead and set some hot fractions while Juicy Justice, who has the best final fractions by far, should be able to finish strong.

Official Pick is the (1) Juicy Justice, however, a WPS on both as well as an exacta box might be a consideration...

Gulfstream: Race 7

- (5) Candi Girl 15-1**

Last race here 34 days ago at same distance unimpressive. Has one second place finish at the distance. Today, taking a huge class drop, running in $26,000 Claiming race (Claimed 3 races ago at Saratoga for $70,000), has plenty of speed (very possible the last race was a prep for this), going 22.6, 45.7 and faltering late. Has nice 4F breeze 12 days ago. Jenna Antonucci has droped 5 horses in class this much - and won three of them.

Parx: Race 9

- (4) Dropline 8-1***

Last race here 16 days ago at 6.5 furlongs, easy win by almost 4 lengths. Trying longer distance today (0/1). This 3 year old gelding loves this track (4/7 WPS) and is the only horse in the field that can easily go sub 23.0 and sub 46.0, thus, should have a relatively easy lead, and with current form, should run away from the rest as his final fractions are comparable to (8) It's Game Time's. Finally, R. Mosco wins at a 20% rate with winners of last race and third race off layoffs.

Result: Won: $9.00 - $5.40 - $4.20

Tampa Bay Downs: Race 7

- (1) Justintimeforwine 12-1*

Last race 14 days ago, very decent here. The 7 year old gelding has more speed than anyone here and can get the lead easily, however, needs to set reasonable fractions because Harrow will be coming at the end. With 6/23 wins at this distance (10/23 WPS) and 4/11 wins at the track (5/11 WPS), should win this on the front end...

Result: Finished 6th

Turfway Park: Race 8

- (7) Go Bali Go 8-1**

Last race 38 days ago very decent, faltered at the end to finish 4th, 6 lengths behind the winner at Indianapolis on turf. Unsuccesful in 3 tries at the distance but has a win on this track. Today going 1/2 furlong shorter, had a nice rest, and should be ready to go...

Result: Finished 8th

Turfway Park: Race 9

- (10) O'Donnelly 20-1*

Last race 44 days ago at Indianapolis a poor effort on turf. However, giving signs of a turnaround: adding blinkers for first time, getting a bit of class relief, and had a really nice workout 8 days ago. Does not have a race at the track or distance. Trying many new things that this 3 year old gelding just might like...

Result: Vying for the lead, fell hard at 3/16 pole...

Parx: Race 3

- (2) Far Heart 20-1**

Last race 21 days was an interesting one here at Parx at 6.5F. This 5 year old mare has lots of speed, went 22.6, 45.9, then faded, then gained a few lengths coming home. Today, going 1 Mile and 40 yards, (2/4 W - 4/4 WPS), is 2/10 at the track (4/10 WPS). Although (6) Rumint will be a huge favorite, Far Heart is the only speed in the race, and if loose on the lead, might not be caught...

Result: Finished 5th

Aqueduct: Race 9

- (3) Repo Rocks 30-1*

Last race here a month and a half ago, decent effort, finished 4th at same distance. Has won twice at the distance and is 4/15 at this track (9/15 WPS). Has two very nice workouts since last race and has one of the fastest times at this distance. The Cigar Mile is very competitive this year, but, an upset is not out of the question.

Aqueduct: Race 5

- (4) Optic Way 5-1**

Last race here 20 days ago, plenty of early speed and faded to to fifth. Only 2/15 at the distance and 1 /14 at the track, but is by far the fastest horse here, and cutting back in distance will certainly help. Needs a clean break and this 9 year old gelding should win this wire-to-wire.

Result: Won: $11.80 - $4.70 - $3.50

Gulfstream Park: Race 6

- (1) No Mo Cookies 12-1*

Last race 46 days ago on turf at Keeneland, 5.5F, showed a bit of speed and finished 7th, however, did not lose any ground from the stretch to the finish. Has 4 nice 4F workouts since that race, Today cutting back to 5F where she has a third place finish in 2 tries, adding first time blinkers (R. Mott 22.2%). Should be ready to give it a very decent try. Downsides - many first time starters, no race at the track.

Result: Finished 3rd: $3.60

Parx: Race 4

- (5) Wiki Lio 8-1*

Last race 9 days ago at 6F, gained some ground, finished 5th (Most likely a prep race for this). Now going 7F, has the best final fractions, plenty of horses here with speed that should set up a nice closing scenario, and this 4 year old filly has a great chance to run them all down with the extra furlong.

Result: Won: $5.40 - $3.40 - $2.80

Aqueduct: Race 3

- (8) Muazarah 20-1*

Went on a suicide mission 14 days ago, taking a huge lead and faltering in a 7F race. Now cutting back to 6F, should be able to rate better, and hold on. Has won once at the track (4/6 WPS) and distance (4/8 WPS). Needs a clean break...

Result: Finished 2nd: $8.30 - $5.40
